OJO Babajide Richard has over 13 years’ experience in Insurance Marketing, Operations and Management. A chemical Engineer by training, he joined the Insurance Sector as a Corp member in the old Central Insurance Company Limited now Linkage Assurance PLC. He trained as a Broker in Boff & Company Insurance Brokers and grew through the ranks to Head of Operations for the Northern region of Nigeria from Superintendent Cadre within 5 (Five) years. Richard joined Marvelous Insurance Brokers in June 2018 as the General Manger (Operations).

He is a Staunch JCI member and was awarded the highest honour of life membership in 2012 as a JCI Senator. He later rose to become the National President of the Organisation in Nigeria in 2017.
